The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training programsforpersonnelinacommercialplanttissuecultureandmushroomspawnproduction facility. While the Training Manager may not be a subject matter expert, in plant tissue culture or mushroom spawn production, he will work closely with senior management, lab managers, lab supervisors, and senior staff to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skills development for employees at all levels.This role is essential for standardizing training protocols, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a continuous learning culture.
