Stipend: ₹5,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Backoffice Interns to support our sales, operations, and customer support teams in daily administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day backoffice operations including data entry, documentation, and order coordination
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and follow-up details in Zoho CRM
• Support the sales and customer service teams with order processing and backend assistance
• Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and internal updates for the management team
• Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by supervisors

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and complete tasks within deadlines
• Quick learner with a proactive and positive work attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduation or ongoing studies in Commerce, Business Administration, Fashion Design, or related fields
• Experience or interest in photography, printing, fashion, or creative industries
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
