Backend/Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As a Founding Backend + AI Engineer at LH2 Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in reimagining the future of digital content creation by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) at the core of the system. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and building an AI-powered Digital Content OS from scratch. - Gaining deep insights into digital content workflows and seamlessly integrating them into the product. - Collaborating with the founding engineering team to develop backend systems and contribute to early technical decisions. - Working closely with a lean team to rapidly deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) across various modules. - Engaging in hands-on coding and development, as this role emphasizes active participation rather than passive leadership. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - 3-5 years of hands-on coding experience is essential. - Proficiency in building products utilizing LLMs is a prerequisite. - Proven track record as a backend engineer, with experience in integrating LLMs, APIs, and scalable infrastructure. - Strong background in developing AI-first applications, particularly harnessing LLMs like OpenAI. - Familiarity with serverless architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - In-depth understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure. - Previous exposure to working with Generative AI (GenAI) and/or founding a startup is highly advantageous. Additionally, experience with vector databases, RAG, prompt chaining, or Langchain is considered a bonus.
