Position Overview:
We are hiring a Backend Executive (Female, Age 18-25) to assist with ironing suits and helping in the packing process for dispatch. This role is vital to ensuring that our products reach customers in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ironing Suits: Ensure all clothing items, especially suits, are ironed and pressed to perfection for dispatch.
• Packing: Assist with the packing of clothing items into packets, ensuring they are neatly packed and ready for delivery.
• Quality Control: Check items for any defects or damage and make sure all items are clean, ironed, and presentable before dispatch.
• Inventory Management: Help with organizing and sorting clothing items in the backend area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely dispatch of all orders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidates aged between 18 and 25.
• No formal experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to iron clothing neatly and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of packing and handling items carefully.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items throughout the day.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
