Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our core services and API architecture. This role is central to strengthening Arbot’s backend infrastructure, improving system performance, and supporting new product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, AI, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless integrations.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all backend components.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
• Understanding of API design principles, authentication, and data flow.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  Preferred:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
