Backend Engineer - Python Programming

Role Overview: At Orahi, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python while mentoring and leading a team of engineers. As a Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases and ensure the performance, reliability, and security of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI and GenAI). - Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams to define technical requirements. - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability. - Implement security and data protection standards. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality releases. - Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery. Qualifications Required: - 2 - 4 years of backend development experience. - Strong programming skills in Python. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Databases (SQL/NoSQL). - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
