We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Engineer to join our team and take ownership of backend/API development and AWS infrastructure for our healthcare platform. While the primary role is hands-on engineering, the ideal candidate will also bring project coordination and leadership skills to manage Flutter developers and keep product execution on track.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development (Core Role)

Design and build scalable backend architecture for mobile-first applications.
Develop robust APIs using .NET Core / .NET 8.
Implement authentication flows (JWT, OAuth, OTP).
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora) and caching (Redis).
Document APIs with Swagger / Postman.

AWS Cloud & Infrastructure

Setup and manage AWS services: Lambda, RDS/Aurora, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Redis.
Configure secure networking (VPC, Security Groups, IAM Roles).
Optimize infrastructure for cost, scalability, and security.

Project Coordination (Bonus Responsibility)

Support in managing day-to-day tasks of Flutter developers.
Translate product requirements into developer tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Contribute to roadmap, sprints, and release planning.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Project Management: Experience managing small development teams, preferably in mobile app projects.
Backend Development: Strong in C#/.NET Core, REST API design, authentication, and database-driven applications.
AWS Expertise: Hands-on with Lambda, RDS/Aurora, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, VPCs, IAM, CloudWatch, S3.
Architecture & Design: Ability to design secure, scalable, cloud-native applications.
Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis (caching, session handling).
Tools: Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Swagger, Postman.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to manage deadlines, problem-solving mindset, and ownership.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
