Role Overview:

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with a strong background in building and integrating AI-driven features. This role will collaborate with product and data teams to design, implement, and scale AI-enabled capabilities across Arbot’s platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend systems that power AI and machine learning features.
• Integrate external AI APIs and services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models into production.
• Maintain robust, secure, and efficient backend infrastructure.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve AI service performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably with exposure to AI-related projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with APIs, data processing pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks or model integration workflows.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, scalability, and deployment practices.

Preferred:

• Experience with LLM integrations or vector databases.
• Background in MLOps or AI model serving in production environments.
