Job Description

90Backend Developer (Node.js / Python) | Mohali (On-site)

Shift: Rotational Shift
Experience: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Node.js / Python) to lead architecture, performance, and development of scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain secure, scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js & Python
Lead backend architecture & microservices design
Manage and optimize SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Improve performance, scalability, caching & server efficiency
Ensure code quality, documentation & mentor junior developers
Implement security (auth, authorization, encryption)
Work with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes for deployments
Collaborate with Product, Frontend & QA teams

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django/Flask
API design (REST, GraphQL preferred)
Database design & optimization (SQL & NoSQL)
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Git
Strong testing background (unit, integration, E2E)
