Overview TRC Companies, Inc., a leader in engineering consulting, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as an Backend Developer in Hyderabad, India. Responsibilities Develop backend logic and code interfaces for data access Design database schema, Implement security and data protection Setup backend code, troubleshoot and debug applications Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend Accommodate scalability and cross-platform issues Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members Implement unit, integration and performance tests Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience with bachelor's degree The Backend Developer should have strong experience with FastAPI and similar Python frameworks. Must have good experience with Restful services and GraphQL API design and development Experience with SSO with OpenID and OAuth2 protocol is required, experience with AWS Congnito and Azure entraId is a plus. Experience of AWS services Lambda EC2, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch SNS and SES desirable. Will be tasked with developing backend logic, coding interfaces for data access, designing the database schema, and implementing security and data protection. The Backend Developer will be instrumental in implementing unit, integration, and performance tests, contributing to the high quality of our software products. Preferably experience of unit testing development at code level with Pytest and AWS mock is required. Familiarity with NoSQL databases, Docker, Git, and continuous integration will be considered a strong plus.
