A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team and help build dynamic, high-quality mobile and web applications. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain ground breaking applications that provide seamless user experiences and robust functionality. How You’ll Make An Impact Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using C# .NET, Python ensuring high-quality, maintainable, efficient and scalable codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsOptimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issuesImplement security measures and data protection protocolsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and unit test casesParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior developersEnsuring high-quality, maintainable, efficient and scalable code.Manage webservers and configure servicesCollaborate with data scientists and analystsAssist in transitioning from monolithic to microservices architecture What You Bring 3-6 years of experience in backend developmentStrong proficiency in either C# .NET or PythonWillingness and ability to learn new language or technologyExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectureSolid understanding of OOPs concepts and database systems (SQL and NoSQL)Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)Hands on knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelinesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesUnderstanding of Design patternsProven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar) in a software development environmentBachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldAbility to work effectively in a multicultural, multinational team and respect diverse perspectives Desired Qualities Trust & Respect – You foster mutual respect, assume positive intent, honor your commitments and value diverse perspectives. About The Team In the central Digital Products and Solutions (DPS) organization, our Software Application and Engineering department is responsible for developing software solutions for both internal and external customers.
