Role Overview

Genovation Technological Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled and passionate Backend Developer (Python) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power next-generation AI-driven applications. Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement REST APIs and microservice-based architectures.

•⁠ ⁠Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data storage and retrieval.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver cohesive product features.

•⁠ ⁠Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning.

•⁠ ⁠Support the integration of AI capabilities into backend workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠ ⁠Strong proficiency in Python.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of REST API development.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with microservices architecture.

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Git for version control.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of cloud deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

•⁠ ⁠Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to AI/ML integration.

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of Docker or containerized environments.

•⁠ ⁠Awareness of CI/CD pipelines.
