From Jenga battles to badminton matches and shared learning sessions, we grow together — personally and professionally.🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and committed Backend Developer to join our core team. As one of the early members, you’ll contribute directly to the development and scaling of the backend infrastructure powering multiple product modules.🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate and deploy features
Manage and structure databases using SQL (Supabase)
Implement user authentication, authorization, and role management
Build backend logic for ERP modules (inventory, billing, HR, etc.)
Ensure high application performance, scalability, and reliability
Debug and optimize backend code for speed and stability
Maintain clear documentation of system architecture and backend processes

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
0–2 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with Supabase (or Firebase)
Strong knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL
Proficient in developing backend services using Node.js
Ability to write optimized, secure, and well-documented backend code
Exposure to building ERP/business modules is a plus
