Role & responsibilities Manage data entry and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with teams to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor backend performance and provide reports on key metrics. Manage backend operations, ensuring efficient data processing and record-keeping. Utilize advanced Excel skills such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables to analyze and manipulate data. Draft letters and emails professionally using Word. Provide excellent communication support through email drafting. Preferred candidate profile Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Experience in backend coordination or similar roles, and platform optimization. Familiarity with backend systems and process optimization
