Job Description

Hiring: Back office (Female) Polyvion Cables Pvt. Ltd.

Handle
tele calling / telesales
to acquire new customers and maintain client relations.
Prepare and send
price quotations
and related documents in Excel.
Follow up with customers
for payments and pending orders.
Coordinate with the
factory
for order status, dispatch details, and delivery updates.
Prepare
Raw Material Purchase Orders (POs)
and follow up with suppliers.
Maintain proper
records, reports, and communication
with sales and accounts teams.
Ensure smooth
back-office support
for the sales department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 45 years in a similar back-office or sales support role.
Education:
Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field).
Strong command over
Excel and computer applications
.
Good
communication and coordination skills
.
Preference for candidates with
Cables / Electrical industry background
.
