Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming requests and inquiries from clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions and communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry and filing.
  • Monitor and track the status of requests to ensure they are addressed promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
