JOB BRIEF

To develop the lead to the business from the corporate / individual and move towards the growth to the Organization through phone calls & Email.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Manage inbound & outbound calls & emails for generating sales.

2. Convert lead to business .( B2B, B2C,Local Shifting, Import & Export)

3. Create new business opportunities with the Corporate & Individuals.

4. Create potential client (corporate/individual) towards building the relation for revenue earning through phone and Email.

5. Introduce all our services to new corporates / individuals like Domestic and International Relocations, Office Shifting & IT assets Relocations, Fine Art Movements, Industrial packaging, Medical Equipment moving including Exhibition materials handling, Storage services and Ancillary , etc.

6. Build relationship with existing corporate / individuals for future Business prospect.

7. Performance will be measuring time to time towards achieving goals & fulfilment sales revenue target monthly basis.

8. Require skills towards the closing of any type of sales.

9. Prepare business / sales contracts & keep records on the same.

10. Need to take ownership towards building the team members for customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION

A. Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline
B. Additional Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing

EXPERIENCE
A. Minimum Experience: 1-3 yearsB. Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles, preferably in the logistics or moving industry.

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Fluent in English & Local language
2. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)3. Leadership skills towards all-round growth4. Knowledge of basic computer with MS Excel & Power point, etc.5. To be Energetic, Visionary, Discipline, and good listener.6. Be positive minded & Achiever.
