Back Office & Order Processing Executive | Chennai

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the daily backend operations of our online store. This includes printing order labels, booking shipments, preparing production sheets, handling cancellations/returns/replacements, and managing inventory & packaging materials.

The ideal candidate must be strong in Excel, comfortable with repetitive daily tasks, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Label Management

• Print daily order and shipping labels.
• Book shipments on courier partner dashboards.
• Sort and hand over labels to production/packing teams.

Production & Reporting

• Prepare daily production sheets.
• Maintain records of printed sheets and completed batches.
• Update daily Excel tracking files.

Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

• Coordinate returns/replacements with customers and internal teams.
• Update logs and follow up with courier partners when needed.

Inventory & Packaging

• Monitor stock levels of products and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for replenishment when required.

Operational Support

• Cross-check order details to avoid errors.
• Support coordination between operations, production, customer support, and dispatch.

Candidate Requirements:

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas).
• Experience in e-commerce operations/logistics preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Experience

• 1–3 years in operations/ e-commerce (freshers with strong Excel skills can apply).
• Experience with platforms like Shiprocket, Shopify, WooCommerce is a plus.

Personal Qualities

• Responsible, quick learner, problem-solver.
• Able to work under pressure during high-order days.
