Back Office Operator - DNA Tile

Responsibilities:

• Operate billing software for generating and processing invoices.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Process orders, track inventory, and assist in inventory management.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports related to billing and sales data.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all billing-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer software, particularly billing and invoicing software.
• Familiarity with data entry and office administration tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in back office operations or a similar role is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or billing software is a plus.
• Prior experience in billing or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
