Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the back-office sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement robust end-to-end sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Analyze financial, logistic, and administrative flows within sales processes. • Collaborate with front-office inspection teams to align sales strategies and initiatives. • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. • Making, tracking and following up on quotations to overseas buyers • Initiating and placing inquiries to relevant suppliers • Maintaining sales database on latest ERP system • Reviewing documentation right from placement of order placement to inspection and testing • Provide training and mentorship to the sales support staff. Requirements: • Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. (Bachelors in Commerce or Science or Engineering stream (No arts background acceptable)) • Proven experience as a Back Office Manager or Sales Manager. • Strong understanding of sales administration, customer service, and CRM systems. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data. • Proficient in MS Office and sales software. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
