The role involves handling data entry, email communication, and Excel-based tasks. Prior experience in back office work is required, and knowledge of the utility sector is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry and update records accurately Manage and respond to emails professionally Work on Excel sheets for reporting and tracking Support utility-related back office processes Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues Be flexible to work in shifts and on weekends Requirements: 12 years of experience in back office operations Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic email and communication skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends as required Utility sector experience is an added advantage Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN) EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
