About the Role:
We are seeking a Back Office Executive with strong communication and organizational skills to support our operations in mutual funds and financial services. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage operational activities, and assist in event-related and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, prospects, and internal teams regarding mutual fund and financial services operations.
• Assist in managing client-related documentation, scheduling meetings, and sending invitations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for operational processes.
• Support event management and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Learn and assist in operational workflows related to financial services.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (any language that ensures clear client interaction).
• Educational background in BBA or related discipline preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and business communication tools.
• High level of sincerity, integrity, and politeness.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in operations, financial services, or mutual fund industry.
• Ability to learn and manage operations efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
