Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage administrative and documentation-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in back-office operations, documentation, and e-procurement portals like GeMs and iRePS. This role requires excellent coordination skills, documentation knowledge, and proficiency in administrative work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tender & Procurement Support: Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with specifications. Participate in reverse auctions and monitor procurement trends. Manage vendor registration and pre-qualification documentation. 2. Back Office & Administrative Tasks: Create and process Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices (PIs), and Invoices. Assist in general administrative work, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Be in contact with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Support inventory and procurement management by coordinating with vendors. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years in back-office operations with exposure to tender management. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation and administrative processes. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for vendor and internal coordination. Multi-Tasking Ability: Capable of managing both tender-related and back-office functions efficiently.
