Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Back Office Executive who plays a crucial role in the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. Job Responsibilities: Handling Inbound Calls and Mails Schedule AMC and repairing jobs for Service engineers. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Set up new customer accounts and Manage customers' accounts Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Service Engineers. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints Maintain customer databases Monitoring the Service activities and provide timely resolution to customers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role minimum 2 years. Proficient in using office software, such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and in a team. Problem-solving.
