Job Description:

· Handling Inbound Calls and Mails

· Schedule AMC and repairing jobs for Service engineers.

· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

· Set up new customer accounts and Manage customers' accounts

· Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Service Engineers.

· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

· Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

· Maintain customer databases

· Monitoring the Service activities and provide timely resolution to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Tamil (Preferred)
