Location: Rps More Danapur ,Patna (Bihar) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-2 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills may apply) Salary: 8000-12000 Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations & Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The candidate will play a key role in managing credit card and loan application processes, employee MIS reporting, communication with candidates, and coordinating backend activities. Key Responsibilities: Form Filling & Documentation: Fill out credit card application forms (online and physical). Ensure all required documents are correctly submitted and verified. Employee MIS & Bank Dump Updates: Maintain and update daily employee MIS sheets. Update employee login, approval, and rejection status after receiving dumps from banks. Candidate Coordination: Call selected candidates for job offers and interviews. Email offer letters and joining letters to candidates. Daily Office & Training Coordination: Update morning meeting schedules and training plans. Ensure team is aware of daily goals and updates. File & Document Management: Track pending and incorrect files and get them fixed. Complete documentation for existing logins and follow up on any missing details. General Backend Support: Assist in all backend and operational work as required. Coordinate with the sales team, HR, and bank representatives for smooth processing.
