We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join us at, KBS Marcom Pvt. Ltd. a leading event management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting office operations, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining smooth day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage and maintain accurate records and databases. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Assist with the preparation of event documentation and reports. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Assist with projects in the areas of marketing, event development and sponsorship/development as needed. Data Management: Input and update event-related data in the company's system. Ensure all client and event information is accurate and up-to-date. Generate and analyze reports to support event planning and execution. Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information. Research & Data Collection: Do research online for Event Services & Collect data. Maintain Social Media Account
