Back Office Executive

Key Responsible Areas (KRAs) Loan Document Processing and Management: Gathering, verifying, and processing all required loan documents, including application forms, income proofs, appraisals, title commitments, and credit reports. Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with the requirements of the lending banks/NBFCs and regulatory guidelines. Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital loan files in a secure and confidential manner. Data Management and System Updates: Performing accurate data entry of borrower and loan information into the company's CRM or loan origination software systems. Updating and maintaining records promptly to ensure real-time tracking of loan application statuses. Running credit reports and initial evaluations for completeness and potential issues. Coordination and Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between the front-office sales team, the loan applicants (borrowers), the underwriting department, and third-party entities. Proactively communicating loan progress and any additional information requirements to the relevant parties to avoid delays. Resolving operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the loan processing cycle. Quality Control and Compliance: Monitoring the underwriting process and following up on pending approvals or required corrections to legal documents. Ensuring strict adherence to all company policies, lending laws, and regulatory requirements. Identifying and reporting any potential compliance risks or discrepancies in the loan process. Coordinating the loan closing process with the borrower and the title company. Performing post-closing duties, such as ensuring all documents are properly executed, tracking loan funding, and clearing any outstanding exceptions. Assisting in the timely disbursement of loan funds.
