Futuready Media is on the lookout for a passionate learner who can manage the responses of brands on social platforms.

MANDATORY SKILLS.

• MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word
• Basic social media knowledge
• Excellent oral & written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENT

• Assist and support the CRM team in their day-to-day operations.
• Assist and coordinate with the client servicing team.
• Conduct SM audit, document, and report to the department.
• Support CRM team in handling and documenting client accounts.
• Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports.
• Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Correct discrepancies in Social Media responses.
• Administrative support for all data entry on daily basis with MS Excel.
• Maintain quality check of responses given by CRM team.
• Assisting client servicing manager with report generation and record keeping.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
