Role & responsibilities 1. To act as backend support to Frontline Manager from Enquiry processing, getting timely offers from suppliers till orders booking. 2. Making annexures, sending enquires to correct suppliers, drafting offers, negotiations with suppliers 3. Prepare Customer Delivery Performance Report 4. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 5. Coordinate with internal department and team members. 6. To deal with customer queries. 7. Prepare Overdue Statement and sent reminder to customer for delay in payments Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift (Minimum 8 hrs) Education: Graduation degree or higher Requirement: Good Communication skills and hand on experience in Microsoft office.
