Back Office Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and smart Back Office Technical Staff who can handle technical as well as routine office tasks with efficiency. The ideal candidate should have high common sense, the ability to learn quickly, and be comfortable using different software tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office operations and provide technical support.
• Work on MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Assist in creating and editing visual content using Canva.
• Perform basic video editing using tools like CapCut or similar.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and software as required.
• Maintain data, records, and documentation with accuracy.
• Support the team in administrative as well as technical tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong common sense and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge with a technical mindset.
• Good understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Canva (graphic designing) and CapCut (video editing) preferred.
• Ability to learn new tools and tasks quickly.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
