Job Description

Proposal Development: Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and prepare formal proposal & share with customers in discussion with consult sales team. Draft, edit, and finalize proposals, ensuring they meet client deadlines. Tailor proposal content to align with client needs and industry standards. Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, to gather required inputs for proposals. Maintain regular communication with clients & follow up to clarify requirements when necessary. Documentation and Formatting: Prepare and organize all supporting documentation, such as technical specifications, compliance matrices, pricing sheets, and certifications. Ensure all proposals are formatted consistently and meet quality standards. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all proposals comply with the clients requirements, including technical and legal aspects. Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission. Follow-Up: Track submitted proposals and coordinate with the sales team to address client queries. Maintain records of submitted proposals and feedback for continuous improvement. Prepare reports for sent quote & share with consult person.
