Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to fill the role of Manager, Health, Safety, Security & Environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, security, and environment management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance on health, safety, security, and environmental best practices.
Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate health, safety, security, and environmental considerations into business operations.
Monitor and report on health, safety, security, and environmental performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing health, safety, security, and environmental programs.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience with incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies.
