Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Back Office Executive to join our team in Sector 49, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in back office operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate back office activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
Provide exceptional customer service through emails and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
Assist with walk-in customers and visitors, providing a positive and professional experience.
Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training is an asset.
Minimum 2 years of experience in back office operations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
