About Us:

We are a growing online bookstore committed to bringing readers the best selection of books from India and around the world. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Back Office Executive to manage product uploads and listings on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end product uploads on the bookstore website.
Create, edit, and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, categories, and other details.
Use Excel to prepare and upload bulk product data.
Research and interpret product information from blurbs, the internet, and other sources to create accurate and engaging listings.
Ensure product details are consistent, error-free, and optimized for online sales.
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all back-office tasks.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
Strong internet browsing and online research skills.
Good typing speed with attention to detail.
Decent comprehension and writing skills in English to interpret and adapt book descriptions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in e-commerce product listing is a plus, but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
