Job Description

Perform general office duties such as cleaning, filing, photocopying, and running errands. Handle basic computer tasks including data entry, documentation, and email correspondence. Use MS Excel and MS Word for preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing office documents. Visit banks, courier services, and other external locations as required. Drive company vehicle for official tasks; ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Assist in office maintenance and managing office supplies. Support admin and HR teams with clerical tasks as needed.
