📍 Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage complete project documentation and operations.

✅ Handle quotations, purchase orders, and project lifecycle coordination.

✅ Plan dispatches and coordinate site activities for timely execution.

✅ Communicate with clients and internal teams for smooth project flow.

✅ Prepare reports, track KRAs, and maintain project records.

✅ Handle client calls and emails professionally.


🔹 Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

💼 2–3 years of experience in project or team coordination.

🧠 Strong in MS Excel, Visio, ERP/CRM, and MS Office 365 tools.

🗣️ Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
