About The Opportunity A dynamic player in the Back Office Operations sector, we specialize in providing essential administrative support that drives business efficiency and organizational success. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality service and effective back-office coordination in a fast-paced environment. We are currently seeking a Back Office Coordinator to be an integral part of our operation in India. Role & Responsibilities Coordinate daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth back-office operations across departments. Manage data entry and maintain accurate records, preparing reports on various operational metrics. Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, addressing inquiries and requests promptly. Support the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency. Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, providing training on systems and processes. Develop and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and information. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Positive attitude and a customer-service-oriented mindset. Preferred Experience in a similar back-office or administrative role. Familiarity with CRM systems and data management software.
