Job Description:
Punarabhi Logistics is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling buyer communications, coordinating warehouse activities, sending pre-alerts, and supporting the logistics team in planning and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with buyers and overseas clients to ensure smooth coordination
• Send pre-alerts and shipment updates to clients and internal departments
• Conduct and oversee warehouse inspections to ensure cargo readiness and compliance
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for shipment planning and scheduling
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipments and warehouse activities
• Track shipment movement and ensure timely follow-ups with the concerned teams
• Support daily back-office operations and maintain accurate data records
• Assist in resolving operational queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in back-office operations, buyer communication, or logistics coordination
• Good understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
• Excellent communication and email correspondence skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
As per industry standards + performance incentives

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
