Job Title: Female Office Coordinator We are looking for a highly organized and dedicated female office coordinator to support our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in calculating project work progress, costs, quotes, and final payments. Keep track of project-related financials, including advances, final payments, and invoices. Create and maintain various reports related to project progress, costs, and payments. Manage and update Excel spreadsheets regularly to track and analyze data. Handle emails and communication with stakeholders efficiently and professionally. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and financial aspects are on track. Handle pressure and manage workloads during peak business times. Ensure high levels of organizational efficiency, accuracy, and accountability. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for calculations, data analysis, and report generation. Strong verbal and written English communication skills for handling emails and stakeholder communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Capable of working under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude during busy periods. Highly committed, hardworking, and dedicated to achieving team and company goals.
