What Were Looking For Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in an international setting, including clear and professional two-way communication with colleagues and stakeholders. A Bachelors degree or equivalent. Fresh graduates and candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome. Experience working in an International BPO/KPO is a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive applications. Effective teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous approach to tasks. Monitoring skills and keen attention to detail. Willingness to acquire new skills and learn modern technologies. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Adaptability to evolving procedures. Willingness to work in the second shift, Monday to Friday, 6 PM 2 AM IST. What Youll Be Doing Provide administrative support to insurance underwriters in the U.S., U.K., and Canada. Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks. Meet daily performance targets and maintain efficiency in processing work. Accurately gather, process, and manage information to support business operations. Review, analyze, and handle insurance-related data with precision. Enter data and issue insurance documentation in a timely manner. Assist in training new team members and share best practices. Communicate with insurance underwriters through emails or calls as needed.
