Job Description: Back Office Executive

Position Overview:
The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, organizational skills, and the ability to manage routine admin work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry, maintain records, and update internal databases as required.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, printing, scanning, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Handle basic office management activities including inventory tracking, maintaining office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Ensure proper organization and confidentiality of company records.
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
