Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Back Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry, record keeping, and documentation work.
  • Manage emails and internal communications.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, reports, and files.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream) or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
