We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer proficient in Node.js and Python to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable backend systems, working with relational and NoSQL databases, implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and writing clean, maintainable code. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of front-end technologies like React to work effectively in a full-stack environment. As a Backend Developer, you will collaborate closely with front-end developers, system architects, and product managers to develop and optimize backend APIs, improve system performance, and ensure high availability and security of our services. Key Responsibilities. Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python. Work with MySQL and MongoDB to manage and optimize relational and NoSQL databases. Implement and maintain Docker containers for development, testing, and deployment environments. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated code deployment and testing. Ensure backend services are scalable, secure, and high-performing under load. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability. Collaborate with the front-end team to integrate with React applications and optimize the overall user experience. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the backend infrastructure. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development. Contribute to architectural decisions, design discussions, and code reviews. Document APIs, system architectures, and processes. Required Skills And Qualifications. Strong proficiency in Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js and Python, with experience in developing backend services. Solid experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases, including data modeling, querying, and optimization. Hands-on experience with Docker for containerizing applications and managing microservices. Proven experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar. Experience with writing unit and integration tests using testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest). Knowledge of React.js to effectively collaborate with front-end teams and understand front-end logic. Strong understanding of API development, including RESTful services and web service architectures. Familiarity with version control systems like Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative development team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Oher Skills. Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) or other cloud platforms. Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation. Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile/scrum environment
