Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer located in Faridabad. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic of web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Daily tasks include database management, server scripting, and integration of front-end elements. The role also involves collaboration with front-end developers and other team members to ensure coherence and functionality of the system.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of robust backend services using

  Node.js, TypeScript, and Express

• Architect and own key systems involving

  MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka

• Drive technical decision-making around

  microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design

• Guide the team in writing clean, well-tested code and setting engineering best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Frontend teams to ship high-impact features
• Balance technical debt with delivery, and make smart trade-offs that scale with the business

• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Messaging & Streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ (optional)
• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP
• CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks

What you bring:

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or staff-level role
• Proven experience designing and scaling backend systems in production
• Deep expertise in microservices, API design, and event-driven systems
• Strong skills in debugging, performance tuning, and system reliability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you bring clarity to complexity
• A track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team performance
• A mindset of ownership—and ideally, a sense of humor
