Job Summary: We are seeking an intermediate Java Developer with a strong understanding of REST API principles and experience in Eclipse. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working with JSON and XML, contributing to our dynamic team to enhance our software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications using Eclipse, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Implement and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between services. Utilize JSON and XML for data interchange, ensuring accurate data representation and processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Troubleshoot and debug applications , optimizing performance and resolving issues as they arise. Must-Have Qualifications: Intermediate Java programming experience using Eclipse. Understanding of REST API principles and best practices. Working knowledge of JSON and XML for data handling. Familiarity with Linux command line for development and deployment tasks. Experience with tools and technologies such as SOAP, XSD, YAML, Kafka, and Swagger. Day-to-Day Emphasis: Coding and Development: Spend a significant portion of your day writing, testing, and reviewing code to ensure quality and functionality. Collaboration: Engage in daily stand-up meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks. API Integration: Work closely with other developers to integrate and test RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality. Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of code and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, participating in training sessions and workshops as needed.
