Job Description

This is a remote position.

Looking for a skilled Back-End Developer to build and maintain scalable, secure systems powering a conversational AI platform in the healthcare domain. Requirements

Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for conversational AI workflows.
Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate securely with healthcare systems, ensuring compliance (HIPAA, FHIR).
Deploy and manage NLP/AI models in production.
Design database schemas and manage structured/unstructured healthcare data.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence.
Explore and adopt emerging backend technologies.
