Job Title: Nanny / Babysitter Location: HSR layout, Bangalore We are seeking a responsible and caring nanny or babysitter to care for child/children in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. The role involves ensuring the well-being, development, and safety of the children while maintaining open and respectful communication with the parents. Main Responsibilities and Tasks: Supervision & Safety: Constantly monitor the children to ensure their safety and well-being during play, meals, and rest. Daily Care: Feed, bathe, dress, and help children with personal hygiene routines (including diaper changes or potty training, as required). Engagement: Organize fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities such as reading, storytelling, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children according to dietary needs or parental instructions. Routine Management: Follow and help maintain the child's daily schedule, including nap times, meal times, and activity periods. Light Housekeeping: Tidy up toys, clean eating areas, and handle light laundry related to the children. Homework Help: Assist school-aged children with homework and school-related tasks (if applicable). Emotional Support: Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages learning, good behavior, and emotional development. Communication: Provide regular updates to parents about the child's behavior, activities, meals, and any concerns. Mandatory Training Will Be Provided. All selected candidates will undergo essential childcare and safety training. A Completion Certificate Will Be Issued after successful participation.
