Notice Period: Immediate Job Type - Full Time iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of BA + Scrum. About the Role - Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers Understands and Utilizes an AgileScrum methodology to manage development work. Certification in Scrum Methodology as a Scrum Master preferable Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements. Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications Experience working with ServiceNow Integration Hub Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc. Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements Create new applications, modules, and tables Create and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variables Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and business dashboards. Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management. Provide financial insights for business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Drive system and report automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through advanced data analytics and visualization tools such as Adv excel, Power BI or other relevant tools. Utilize financial data and business plan to enhance decision-making and improve overall business performance.
