Support Development of Selling Skills in Personnel Job Description The incumbent would be responsible for the following: 1. Developing and implement structured training module on product knowledge for classroom and floor demos as per plan 2. Developing a training calendar and implement training as per the calendar 3. Interacting with product Managers, designers, purchase, and quality teams to take inputs and update module contents based on same 4. Roll-out training program to sharpen the selling skills of branch, COCO, franchisee personnel to enhance customers experience 5. Coordinating with the external trainer and get the module contents updated as per the requirement 6. Formulating innovative training techniques targeted towards developing personnel for handling multiple customers 7. Developing a training module on consultative retail selling for WD-s Requisite Qualifications Essential -Graduate in any discipline Preferred -Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Management Requisite Experience 4 years of work experience Special Skills Required 1. Result orientation 2. Communication skills 3. People development skills 4. Drive collaboration
